Hello,
This day started with waking up on stoofs couch. We headed downtown, parked and stopped by Mcdonalds for our free coffee. I then ate a banana I brought down for this perfect occasion (to buy an egg McMuffin or eat banana [the healthy eating conscious]). After that we showed up at quicksilver for the Etalk Daily shoot. The make up artist arrived on time and made us look less like early morning zombies. We did a mini interview on whistler and surroundings and funny questions about the show. Then the fashion segment began where we walked down those stairs and did a little pose for the camera. After we were all done we went down to Nuba and had the Nijabs Special, Dre hadn’t had the crunchy cauliflower in 4 years he was hyped…
Amanda and I shopped around the city for a bit, we were walked by Chapters when I remebered… I am in a book.
I searched for the “Local Interests” area and then for Vancouver “Living In The Momment” where I flipped to winter and there I was.

p.s Im trying to have a shower but its plugged so i have to scoop all the water out of the tub with a bucket before i can use it.

Ashley and I hiked the grouse grind today… man I need to work on my cardio.
Grouse Grind: Often referred to as “Mother Nature’s Stairmaster,” the trail has become part of the fabric of Vancouver. More than 100-thousand hikers a year take on the challenge of the rugged terrain and steep climb, up an approximate 56 per cent slope (30°), which starts at the Valley Station of Grouse Mountain and finishes at the Peak’s plateau.
AAritzia + Redbull party in Yaletown, Vancouver. Free manicures, Free Drinks and Free Dry Cuts… who wouldn’t want to attend. Opus Salon was doing dry cuts, I had a redbull mojito and sat in the hairdressers chair, came out with straight hair three/four inches shorter. I think he was unimpressed with the damage summer glacier had done to my hair… Got my first ever manicure and ran into some old friends. Overall the night was really fun and random… Thanks Redbull + Opus + Aritzia, I had a good night.
