So Alyssa came back from edmonton where she has been doing the whole becoming a nurse school thing. We are glad to have her back and ontop of that it was her birthday and christmassy. So it was the circle staff party and Steve graciously took us all too Hi’s Steak house where we ate like kings and laughed and talked and stuff. Then Amanda and I headed to her place with Alyssa, Mat, Darrah, Chrigy, Max , Amanda and I. Others joined as we listened to music and reminised! It was a really good night very fun girls night!!! Everyone was out and dressed up and together again!! Fun Christmasy time.

Today I had my first Wildwood omelet with peppers and bacon and it was very good!
Chrigy and I watched The Grinch with Jim Carrey today; his heart grew 3 sizes in one day.
We went to tea with J.Pepperdine and talked about how the night went for Christines birthday and what not. The funny stories we shared well walking to Fat Tony’s.
So we got to talking about gamma rays, the enviroment and I tried to explain this enviromentally friendly google to Jeff but I just sounded silly because I had forgotten the name ALTHOUGH I did some googling and found it. It is called Blackle – Energy Saving Search powered by google.
The theory behind this is that it requires less electricity to make your screen all black, than it does to make it all white. Think about when you turn your computer screen off, its turn all black without drawing any electricity. This savings in electricity would then be multiplied by all the users who log on to Google each day (about 200 million). Here is a blog entry that shows how much money could be saved by Google going black . However, there are other who say that blackle.com may save energy if you have a CRT or tube monitor, but it makes no difference if you have a LCD monitor. While it isn’t clear if it really will save electricity, it is a creative way to try to help the environment.
Hahah so instead of the blackcomb gondola which is still fallen apart, we decide to celebrate its collapse traveing across two mountains on a cord. OUR FIRST RIDE on the infamous PEak to Peak.. more like mountain moving machiene.. or park to park or lodge to lodge defintally lacks the peak part. UM anyways it was chirgys birthday and was it ever cold.
