One exam done one more to go 

no more looking at this kind of stufffsss
glad thats over with, geography is going to be intense.
both of my subjects are memory stuff, which i lack.
i can’t even remeber if ive eaten in the day let alone
what happends when i eat.
so hopefully i pass and graduate and can get this big weight
off my shoulder so i can do what i wanna do.
yup. going to study now.

oh my i feel terrible.

i woke up yesterday morning puking
puked everything i ingested all day
couldnt study cause i felt sooo shitty.
one day to study before biology exam.
Two days for Geography SO much content to go over.
soo not stoked right now.
not to mention out of any exams ive ever taken these are the most important
this far in my life. hopefully i start to feel better.
Im hot then cold then hot, headache, fever, puking sleeping.
I slept all day so now im up and its night and im not tired.

i think im going to go this weekend…

Went to Physio again today, swelling is down and stuff so i got a much clearer diagnoses.
I learned how they tell from that pull test whats wrong. If they pull it and its loose and has no stopped and you feel no pain. Its completly torn because the fibers arent attached anymore. If they pull it and it hurts its a 1st or second degree because the fibers are still a bit connected so that you can still feel the pain. So thats bad. Or if they pull it no pain and they feel a stop its fine.. and thats what mine did. So ACL is okay dokay.. she said it feels a little loose, BUT i feel no pain which means thats just how my acl is now, little loosey gossey yeahh. And she did other testoss and we located the problemo. Its my MCL for sureooo. Its very small little area that hurts, she thinks its just a pull. She did this one test that hurt alot tho. BUT yeah so im going to take this week off to study and hopefully pass highschool. Along with a lot of RICE, wall squats, balancing, biking and swimming and by the time im done highschool my knee should be good to go again. I have physio again on wednesday at 12pm with the new girl, i like how she makes me understand what shes doing. Makes hearing what she says seem more certain.

Anyways Yup so knee is good. im icing it as i type.. should be good to go in no time and SLC is still go! i don’t know if ill compete i think that may be pushing it but im going to go get some filming done, and hopefully get some photos. get outta whistler and do some sweet utah styles, then i might drive over to CO with megan depending on things. And yeah that would be really fun too my goal this year is just to get alot on film and alot of photos. Having something to show from the season.. with my knee competing isn’t very high priority i want to get better and hit things i know that i can do and won’t rehurt myself. Another slow year but hopefully ive done it all and can just put all these injuries in the past.. and get good at this snowboarding thing. haha

anyways yup im stoked my acl is good and my mcl isnt bad. just a little pull. its not bad considering how well rehab went.

YUP exams thursday and friday effword im getting back to studying.

Woke up this morning swelling is down, movement back..
going to take the week off too study. Be back at it on friday afternoon! Yessummmssss

So i finally went to physio, ive been just icing it hoping my knee would be just fine.
But it hasn’t improved fast enough so i went to get it checked out another reason i
haven’t gone is i am just scared to hear bad news, that would be devastating to hear. So i have been stubborn and haven’t gone.
BUT i went and she said that i didn’t specifically hurt any ligaments, i kinda just pulled them kinda. She said nothing she can tell just swollen, like it gets hurt more easily cause its more fresh from surgery, still healing. So like thats okay to hear i guess
she said my ACL might be loose. Which worries me allot.. Im not sure what to think about that, but she was super unsure, do to allot of swelling. So i did some sweet exercises and got some cool machines to help get swelling down. I am going back monday then again on wednesday. I am going to take a week off, study for exams and hopefully do really good on them! and then by then hopefully it will be better. She gave me a tensor said wear it whenever your standing, sitting. To add compression, and reduce swelling, it also makes walking totally normal and my knee feel way stronger. Which is goodie. Hopefully its nothing serious.. i don’t know what i would do really. It doesn’t feel very serious.. im just going to ice, bike, swim, allot and see how that goes.. EFFword so we will see… its less fat then it was. I need to focus on school right now anyways. I think im going to apply to some post secondary schools. maybee man i haVE no idea. haha OH AND THE WORST PART is she told me not to go out dancing… whats a girl to do.. hahahaha

If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn’t. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn’t be, and what it wouldn’t be, it would. You see?

Sooo after icing my knee, most of the day when i wasn’t doing really important things.
I looked at the guy and he lost weight!! My knee is way less swollen, did some tests and its feelling really good hopped on the bikey and did some turns. Sick times really im super stoked, icing it again. Only thing different right now is the bending. I lost my being able to touch my heel to my butt. Its now like a foot away. But im sure if i go to physio i can get all the swellledd up stuff outta there and my heel reunited with my bum SOON enough!! stoked. Anyways yeah thats a little update im sure in like 4 more days ill be back on the slopes, and hopefully going to have a little vid of snowboarding fun to post, we will seee…
