Chocolate Chip Vegan Cookies.

The hardest part is to replace egg and butter. I took it to the inter-web to show me how to go about this … I learnt that applesauce isn’t good for making baked goods with a crispy taste, but more of a mushy cake like texture. Figured I would give it a try anyways.

What we used this time was egg(1/4 soy , 1tbsp lemon) and butter (applesauce). To our surprise they came out quiet delectable. The texture of these cookies is more like cookie cakes, fluffy and scrumptious. I dipped mine in soy milk and smiled a bit..
